Meet the Management and Maintenance Team at Wexford on the Green. Our Staff at Wexford strives to provide the best possible Resident Service you will find in any apartment community. Our extremely capable Team has a combined 100 years of experience in our industry. Wexford consists of 256 units and our Staff, expertly handles, all of the challenges that come with a property this size. Our Teams are on-site Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Management Team is also available on Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Our Staff enjoys a much-needed day of rest on Sundays.

Property Manager – Mindy James
Mindy has been with Sentry Property Management for 22 years. Wexford on the Green was still under construction when she joined the Team. Mindy worked in the apartment industry starting as a Leasing Professional and worked her way through the ranks before joining Wexford. She has a total of 30 years of experience in the exciting and never dull business of Property Management. Mindy also manages our sister community, The Village at Cloud Park located in Huber Heights. While her duties are primarily administrative, she is on-site Monday through Friday, alternating days on both properties.
Assistant Manager – Rebecca Tingley
Becky joined the Wexford team in 2003. She too worked in Property Management before being recruited to Sentry and has a total of 22 years of experience. We are extremely fortunate to have her with us and she will exceed your expectations when it comes to Resident Service! Becky and Christy are the best at multitasking and making sure every detail of your Residency at Wexford is perfect! Becky also plans and executes all of our Wexford Resident Events which never fail to be huge hits!
Leasing Professional – Christy Myers
Christy came to the Wexford team in 2011. Before joining Wexford, she worked for an airline, so she came to us with an excellent background in customer service. Christy will most likely be the first person you meet, whether you visit us in person or communicate with us online. Christy and Becky will guide you through the leasing process from your first inquiry to your Move-In day and beyond. Christy is also instrumental in planning and coordinating our Resident Events!
Maintenance Supervisor – Matt McKenzie
Matt has been with Wexford for four(4) years. Matt previously worked in restaurant management, so he also came to us with great customer service experience. Matt not only manages the maintenance team, but he is also responsible for ordering all of our maintenance supplies, appliances, and parts, etc.
Maintenance Technician – “Big David” Elswick
Big David has been a part of our Wexford Team twice! David joined us just after construction was complete and left us for a period of time. But, he is back! He rejoined our team in 2019. David primarily handles all of the day-to-day work requests submitted by our Residents.
Turn-over Technician – Carl Tissue
Carl joined our team in 2008. Carl is responsible for preparing each apartment before a new resident moves in. He inspects each unit with his years of experience and expert eye for detail and repairs/replaces each and every part of the unit that may not be up to the Wexford standard. Carl is responsible for making sure, you move into a beautiful apartment home!
Groundskeeper – “Little David” Elswick
Yes, we have a Father/Son team here! Little David joined our team also in 2019 and is currently working on completing college. Little David has 23 acres of beautiful lawn and landscaping that he makes sure is clean and gorgeous for all of our Residents to enjoy.
