Meet the dedicated Management and Maintenance Team at Wexford on the Green. Our experienced staff is committed to providing exceptional service and care for every resident. With more than 100 years of combined industry experience, our team manages all aspects of our 256-unit community with professionalism and pride.
Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Maintenance services are available throughout the week to keep your home comfortable and worry-free.

Becky joined the Wexford team in 2003. She too worked in Property Management before being recruited to Sentry and has a total of 22 years of experience. We are extremely fortunate to have her with us and she will exceed your expectations when it comes to Resident Service! Becky and Christy are the best at multitasking and making sure every detail of your Residency at Wexford is perfect!

Christy came to the Wexford team in 2011. Before joining Wexford, she worked for an airline, so she came to us with an excellent background in customer service. Christy will most likely be the first person you meet, whether you visit us in person or communicate with us online. Christy and Becky will guide you through the leasing process from your first inquiry to your Move-In day and beyond. Christy is also our Events Coordinator and is instrumental in planning and coordinating our Resident Events, which never fail to be huge hits!

We are excited to welcome Robert to the team! He brings previous exposure to multifamily maintenance and is returning to the industry with a strong willingness to learn and grow. Robert also completed HVAC training at Fortis College, adding valuable technical knowledge to his skill set. Since joining the team, he has quickly jumped into daily operations and taken on a wide range of responsibilities. His strong work ethic and hands-on approach have made him a valuable asset to the team.
Justin Maples

We are excited to welcome Justin to the team!. He brings 18 years of experience in industrial and commercial plumbing, along with a background in general handyman work. While new to the multifamily industry, Justin has quickly adapted and taken on the day-to-day demands of apartment maintenance with confidence. His strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience have already made him a valuable asset to the team. Justin’s work ethic and willingness to learn continue to make a positive impact on the community.

Mindy James (Retired Property Manager)
Mindy dedicated over 23+ years to Sentry Property Management, with a total of just over 30 years in the apartment industry. Starting as a Leasing Professional, she advanced through the ranks, eventually leading new construction lease-ups at Wexford on the Green and The Village at Cloud Park apartment complexes, maintaining her position as property manager at both locations until late 2024. Though her duties were largely administrative, her open-door policy with residents left a lasting impact. She has transitioned to a more administrative role and no longer works on-site. We honor her exceptional service and wish her all the best in her semi-retirement after a successful and fulfilling career in property management.
